For October we will be celebrating Octoberfest! I will be digging deep into my German roots and making some of my absolute favorite foods! The dinner will be Saturday, October 24th at 6:00pm. The pairings will be some Alsatian, German and Austrian wines with a couple local beers in there as well!!
Beer braised onion soup with a Bavarian pretzel
Alsatian tarte flambé
German sausage with a potato pancake and apple chutney
Saurbraten with spaetzli and my Grandma’s red cabbage
Cheese course
